Crime and Criminal Tracking Networking Systems CCTNS

Who has ownership over the source code is the government or the system integrator? What are the security challenges it faces

1/ Government despite the existing open source policies maintains the ownership under the Copyright Act. Here, it may, or may not, choose to assert its rights. Yes, on a level of high principle – this is problematic and needs to change in which outputs created with public resources need to flow back to the commons without hindrance.

2/ On your second question, can you be more specific?

Thank you sir. I think you have answered my question. As you have said outputs created with public resources need to flow back to commons.
One second note, would you be able to counter your argument

Thankyou

Thank you Nikita! It may be useful to hear your views on this and also of other forum members. It may help me consider this better before a response!
