Yesterday, after weeks I had the chance to go to office for a few minutes. One of the most pressing concerns was to ensure deliveries of IFF member merchandise which has to be fulfilled since July, 2019. This remains a priority for all of us. We know we need to do better.
For context – We take care to prepare each kit by hand. This ensures are materials are securely packed and even personalized with greetings. We had started packing right before the lock-down. If you see, there is also a board-game we planned to play after we got this done.
Some components of the kit (stickers + member cards) are yet to be delivered (again complications due to lockdown). We will approach this with pace & hope to dispatch by May, 30. All precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of IFF staff & members during this process.
