The Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019 is here. The arrival of such a Bill is definitely needed, however, those terrible parts we were concerned about still haven't undergone much change and now a few more terrible parts have been added. Just to bring you up to speed, we've listed five areas that are pretty concerning. Want to go into some more detail?
