Since cyber bullying can be punished using existing legal provisions, how will the proposed amendment in Kerala curb such crimes using an overworked police force? Is there some clarity on whom and all were consulted before announcing such an amendment?

Why are state governments sharing official info through social media? What exactly is the legal framework around this practice?
