I and my friends use to run this website. It aimed at providing legal education to everyone. Essentially our aim was to create a set of articles, case studies etc for people in India through which they can be aware of their basic rights along with ways to respond legally in a time of crisis or any unwarranted situation. In the later phases legal wires was intended to convert into a legal education-cum-service platform of the community, for the community and by the community. I personally wanted to make it decentralised but that’s a different story. This article on data privacy was written in 2020 by one of our interns. I am posting this for everyone to read and share their views.
