This is so sad!! Why is Uber ot replying to him?? That is so frustrating!! Losing your job for a certain reason can somehow be acceptable but losing your job because of a haircut you got is just insane. I never knew that Uber had that feature. Can’t they just verify his information in some other way like by sending him a special password that will be exclusive to him and him alone? I hope he gets his job back and that he gets a reply from uber. That’s crazy, especially losing a job in the time of a pandemic.
