On July 27, 2022, the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Comm. & IT will be hearing from representatives of Ministry of Communications and Department of Telecommunications on the subject 'Review of functioning of Indian Telegraph Act, 1885’.

We have written to the Committee to provide them with relevant information that will aid this much needed review of the Telegraph Act with specific emphasis on issues related to surveillance, internet shutdowns, & net neutrality. Read the letter :point_down:
