Can't open raw.githubusercontent.com(ISP Jio)

I have not been able to open raw.githubusercontent.com for quite some time now. Earlier when it was blocked for the first time, I simply changed my DNS server to 1.1.1.1 . Now the problem has returned, with no solutions in sight. Many other jio and ACT Fibrenet users have also complained: (GitHub Users Report Content Domain Blocked in India; May Restrict Access to Open Source Projects, More | Technology News).

I would like to ask Internet Freedom Foundation if they have any information on this?
