Wanted to invite anyone interested to collaborate & contribute in the Community Document being drafted on what constructive regulations or codes of practice should look like when dealing with data of minors. All contributors (individuals or organisations) will be attributed.
Once finalized this document would be submitted to MeitY, JPC and other concerned decision makers.

We are creating this community document based on the inputs received during the online discussion ‘Data Protection Bill 2021: Deciphering the Privacy & Rights of Minors’ organized on 18 January which was organized by CCAOI, Consumer Unity & Trust Society (CUTS) and Internet Society Delhi Chapter (ISOC Delhi).
