Open Observatory of Network Interference
The Open Observatory of Network Interference (OONI) is a free software project that aims to empower decentralized efforts in increasing transparency of Internet censorship around the world.
They have a mobile, desktop and CLI version. I have done some preliminary testing and this could be one of the means for sharing with users to report internet censorship in an effective manner(especially due to availability of an app for Android/iOS). The dataset is also available.
