I cant think of any other option here. Especially when we are facing this crisis. Health Ministry is coming up with an app Corona Kavach on the lines of an app operating in Singapore. It gathers location and bluetooth data and flashes a green light to mark us safe. And if someone we are in contact with tests positive then the data gathered warns everyone by turning the light red.
